About The Author
Granny K. grew up in Evergreen and has spent many hours on Evergreen Lake. She is a lifelong book lover and sports enthusiast. Her love of sports and reading began early in her life. Beside participating in every sport known to man, she played football and baseball with the boys, and she was on the gymnastics team, the tennis team, and the track team. When Granny was not reveling in a sport of one stripe or another, she was likely reading a book, perhaps up in the tree in her backyard. Granny has five delightful grandchildren, all of whom have followed in her footsteps, in one respect or another. Granny believes that reading is the foundation for a fabulous life!
